Hi my name is Maddie Domecq and this is my journal cover project. To create this, I painted with watercolors and covered it with map of England with parts of the painting still visible. Then, I cut the outline of the London skyline out of purple tissue paper and covered the rest of the journal with my favorite quotes and doodles. This was my favorite project because it gave me the opportunity to represent my personality and style. For example, I am a rather large fan of BBC Sherlock, my favorite city is London, and I am a big believer in drawing with pen. Thursday, May 29, 2014
